Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the shipping cost originally applied to your order, and the cost to return the Lashes.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected on our end, you will receive a email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your eligible for a refund. 
If approved, then your refund will be processed to the card or payment method used to buy the lashes. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet or didn't receive your parcel please email -

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
