Our Shipping Policy

Here at BY CONNIE we want to give each of you the best possible experience while shopping with us. 

Once your order has been placed, your order will be shipping within 2-3 working days using the chosen method of shipping chosen by you at checkout. 

All orders are sent 24 Hour Royal Mail Tracked 

Click & Collect orders must be placed at least 24 hours before collection, unless arranged otherwise with @byconnieuk. Please leave your phone number in the order notes when using click & collect so we are able to arrange a collection time.
